At Astro Varun Bansal, we primarily provide digital services. However, in rare cases, when physical products like gemstones are requested by the client post-consultation, shipping is facilitated accordingly. This policy outlines our process and timelines.
Most of our services are delivered live via video or audio consultation. Occasionally, clients may request a follow-up PDF report, remedies, or written guidance, which is delivered via email within 24–48 hours after the session. These documents may also be shared via WhatsApp in the future.
We do not operate an e-commerce store. However, if a gemstone or spiritual product is specifically requested during a consultation, and the client asks us to procure it, we may assist them in sourcing it. In such cases, the product is shipped using reputed courier services like DTDC, India Post, or Blue Dart, and tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp.
Physical deliveries are made through trusted courier partners. Digital services are delivered instantly or within 1–2 working days. Physical products (if ordered) are dispatched within 2–4 working days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location. Tracking details are shared with the client once the shipment is dispatched.
No shipping charges apply to our digital services. For physical products (if any), applicable courier charges will be communicated in advance before payment is collected. There are no hidden charges.
