Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings at Astro Varun Bansal are confirmed post-payment and are non-refundable. Our sessions are prepared in advance, tailored to your specific chart and concerns, which makes the value delivery process irreversible. At Astro Varun Bansal, we prioritize your time and trust. This policy outlines our terms related to rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule your consultation with a minimum notice of 3 to 3.5 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling beyond this time frame is not possible to ensure fair time management for other clients. We encourage you to inform us well in advance to avoid inconvenience.

2. Cancellation Policy

We do not support cancellations once a slot is confirmed. However, in the event of a major emergency or unforeseen incident, clients may write to us with proof, and rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

3. Refunds

We do not issue refunds once the payment has been processed. Exceptions are made only under extraordinary circumstances and upon submission of valid proof (accident, hospitalization, etc.). We value your time and ours. Please understand that our consultations require focused preparation, and hence the cancellation and refund terms are kept strict.

4. No Show

If a client misses the scheduled session without prior notice, the booking is considered fulfilled. In rare compassionate cases, an off-hour rescheduling may be granted, but is not guaranteed.
